Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one academic coaching to fellow students
- Develop and facilitate peer-led study groups
- Create educational content for online learning platforms
- Track and report student progress using CRM systems
- Coordinate with faculty on student engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing campus workshops and events
- Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Colorado-based university or college
- Strong GPA (3.0+ preferred) in relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with tutoring or peer mentoring
- Ability to work independently and in teams
