Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with library resources, including book circulation, digital tools, and reference materials
- Maintain organization of library collections through shelving, inventory, and cataloging support
- Manage patron accounts, process registrations, and resolve circulation inquiries
- Support library programs and events for children, teens, and adults
- Operate library systems including circulation software and self-service kiosks
- Contribute to a welcoming environment through excellent customer service
- Assist with basic technology troubleshooting for patrons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
