Responsibilities
- Promote Campus Connect programs and services to fellow students through campus events and digital campaigns
- Conduct market research and collect student feedback to improve our offerings
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for student audiences
- Coordinate and execute on-campus promotional activities and brand activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and campaign performance
- Represent Campus Connect at university orientations and career fairs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at an accredited university in Raleigh, NC or Virginia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable personality
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-campus events
- Interest in marketing, communications, or business-related fields
- Previous customer service or campus involvement preferred
