Responsibilities
- Promote CampusConnect services through campus events and digital campaigns
- Engage with students to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations
- Execute social media strategies to boost campus brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop student-focused initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance and student feedback
- Represent CampusConnect at university fairs and orientation events
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at a Chicago-area university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for event travel)
- Previous customer service or campus leadership preferred
- Must be available 15-20 hours weekly
