Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order-taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve dining concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Upsell specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
