Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menus and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately and maintain POS system integrity
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Manage table rotations during peak dining hours
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Contribute to daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced settings
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast, Micros preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
