Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Master menu details including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Manage table turnover while maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries with diplomacy and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service hours
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings preferred
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
