Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests in a timely manner
- Accurately process food and beverage orders via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and service areas
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Adhere to all health/safety and alcohol service regulations
- Contribute to positive team dynamics during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service positions
