Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Master menu knowledge and confidently recommend dishes, beverages, and specials
- Process orders efficiently using our modern POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a clean, organized station
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong communication skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (ServSafe) or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
