Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts
- Balance daily accounts and prepare financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong mathematical and accounting skills
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for property patrols)
- Flexible availability for weekends and evenings
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
