Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Upsell specialty dishes and seasonal promotions
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and wine pairings preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- TAMS or Aloha POS system experience
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler Permit
