Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Accurately process orders using our modern POS system
- Build rapport with guests to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Handle payments and cash reconciliation accurately
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant serving experience
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergens
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate
