Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Expertly navigate 150+ wine list and craft cocktail menu with detailed knowledge
- Process payments accurately using POS system while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and special dietary compliance
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness throughout shift
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift inventory procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Fluent English proficiency; Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Exceptional multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Professional appearance with black slacks, white shirt, and non-slip footwear
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and event nights (minimum 3 shifts/week)
