Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with personalized attention to guest needs
- Accurately process orders and payments via our digital POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for flawless execution
- Maintain immaculate dining area standards and table turnover
- Expertly manage 3-4 tables during peak service hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to food safety protocols and alcohol compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ with TABC certification (or obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficient with POS systems (Toast experience valued)
- Valid Missouri Food Handler's card
