Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our outdoor venue
- Manage event setup, seating arrangements, and venue cleanliness
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 10AM-6PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs)
- Food Handler's Certificate a plus
