Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service and maintain accurate order tickets
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage payment processing and maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift cleanup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional server experience in high-volume restaurant
- Texas Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings and menu details
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
