Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to guests following established protocols
- Accurately process orders using our digital POS system and manage payments
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Maintain pristine dining areas and ensure sanitation standards
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Permit
- Must be available for immediate start
