Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders and payments accurately via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell specials, beverages, and seasonal promotions
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
