Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with speed and professionalism
- Execute accurate order entry using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle payment processing and cash management
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and positively
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience
- TABC certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be available nights/weekends
