Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Accurately input orders into POS system and manage table assignments
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area and restock supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive attitude
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment handling
