Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service to all guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Prepare and serve food/drinks with attention to presentation
- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety certification preferred
