Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professional hospitality
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate checks
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and side work
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
