Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine list to make informed recommendations.
- Upselling & Sales: Proactively suggest appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the guest's meal and increase sales.
- Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift, resetting tables promptly for the next guests.
- Payment Processing: Handle all point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing checks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet our business demands.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to provide top-tier service.
- Compliance: Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
