Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Learn and promote seasonal promotions and new menu items
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late shifts
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
