Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to a positive team environment during busy shifts
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred (training available)
- Previous restaurant experience a plus but not required
