Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining table cleanliness and order
- Accurately process orders and payments using our modern POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Upsell specials and premium offerings to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic POS system proficiency
