Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food/drorder accuracy and timing
- Upsell signature dishes, craft cocktails, and seasonal specials
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, stations, and restrooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
