Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe Alcohol certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and teamwork-focused mindset
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest cuisine a plus
