Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening operations
- Safely operate venue equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy

- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and inventory checks
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Evening/weekend availability (Thu-Sun, 8PM-4AM)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math and POS system literacy
- Tennessee Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills
