Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 15-20 guests per shift
- Master menu knowledge including dietary restrictions and wine pairings
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Permit
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
