Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warm, professional hospitality
- Expertly present menus and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining area standards and cleanliness protocols
- Execute efficient payment processing and cash handling
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year high-volume restaurant experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
