Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation, and allergen information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Manage table assignments and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and support opening/closing duties
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol
