Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining table cleanliness
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage station setup and closing duties efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining server experience
- Must possess NC Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check
