Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring proper plating and temperature.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server or Waitstaff is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (if serving alcohol).
