Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and manage payment transactions
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards
- Maintain clean dining areas and restock supplies during service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and bartenders to optimize table turnover
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's culinary scene preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's permit
