Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome patrons warmly, provide menus, and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring guest preferences are noted.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest appetizers, specialty drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Service Delivery: Deliver orders promptly, check back on guests to ensure satisfaction, and refill drinks as needed.
- Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, set tables according to standards, and reset tables quickly between service.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to lift trays and bend repeatedly.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of wine and cocktail service is a plus.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated to providing top-tier customer service.
