Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process orders using our modern POS system while maintaining precise order tickets
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage table assignments and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and side work duties
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining establishment
- Must be 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Basic math proficiency and familiarity with POS systems
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Knowledge of local craft beers and wine preferred
