Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine list to guide guest selections
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest inquiries and special requests
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking stations and sanitizing surfaces
- Support team members during peak hours to maintain seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine pairings and dietary restrictions
- Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
