Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Accurately process orders using our modern POS system while maintaining order accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Manage table rotations and maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Upsell signature dishes, beverages, and seasonal specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle payments and resolve billing inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred
- Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
