Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and tables
- Handle payment transactions and cash management
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous server or food service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Team-oriented attitude with reliability
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Tennessee Alcohol Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
