- Provide exceptional table service to guests, including taking orders, serving food/beverages, and processing payments
- Memorize menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings with confidence
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
