Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Master menu knowledge including allergen information and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently via our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain pristine station cleanliness throughout shift
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Contribute to positive team dynamics during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience required
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
