Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with professional knowledge of menu items and specials
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service execution
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional grace
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and adhere to safety protocols
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid Nevada Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail in order accuracy and table maintenance
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill calculations
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
