Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining impeccable table standards
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours using our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash receipts daily
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain clean dining areas
- Upsell signature dishes and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
