Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions regarding food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Check on guest satisfaction throughout the meal and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail menus is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
