Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional interactions
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely deliveries
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate and well-stocked
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred (training provided)
- Outstanding communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume settings
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (nights/weekends)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
