Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and attention to detail
- Expertly manage guest orders, payments, and dietary restrictions
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining areas and uphold strict sanitation standards
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience required
- Illinois Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-volume settings
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast/Revel systems preferred)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hour shifts
