Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with food and beverage orders
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid Oklahoma alcohol service permit (TIPS certification)
