Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attention to detail and timing
- Accurately process orders through POS system and manage payment transactions
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for flawless execution
- Maintain pristine dining area through constant cleanliness and table resets
- Build genuine rapport with guests to enhance their dining journey
- Adhere strictly to food safety and alcohol service protocols
- Support daily opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid NC Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
