Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience in high-volume restaurant
- Deep knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TX Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
